Tony Wayne Abney, 62, of Coopertown Road, Russellville, died Saturday, February 16, 2013, at his home.
He was a Todd County native born November 17, 1950, to the late Joe Glenn Abney and Mary Louise Johnson Abney. He was also preceded in death by his wife, Patricia Ann Rust Abney and a daughter, Teresa Michele Abney.
He was a U.S. Army veteran and a construction worker.
Funeral services will be conducted Wednesday, February 20, 2013 at 7 p.m. at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home, with Bro. Lon Sosh, Pastor of Calvary Chapel in Russellville officiating. Visitation at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home will be held Wednesday evening from 5-7 p.m.
He is survived by his daughter, Angela Gayle Madison of Port Charlotte, Fla.; brother, Roger Lynn Abney of Russellville; sister, Dartha Jo Sosh (Lon) of Russellville and two grandchildren.
