Maggie York, 92, of Auburn, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2013, at the Greg and Noreen Wells Hospice Care Center in Hazard. She was born in Perry County on Nov. 1, 1920, a daughter of the late Bill and Judy Williams Hall.

Mrs. York was a member of the Stevenson Chapel Methodist Church.

Funeral services were held Saturday, Jan. 26 at 2 p.m. at the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel with Reverend Michael Romans officiating. Burial followed in the Jarrett Cemetery. Visitation began at the funeral home Saturday, Jan. 26 from 1o a.m.-2 p.m.

Pallbearers were Warren D. Wright, Avery Brown, Clifford McIntyre, Michael Shepherd, Willie McIntyre and Joe Bailey Wright.

She is survived by her sons, Ronnie McIntyre of Hazard and Neal York of Auburn; her daughter, Bonnie Jean McIntyre of Britton, Mich.; her brother, Dennis Hall of Thornton; her sisters, Dessie Hamond of Springfield, Ohio and Billie Jean Hall of Vonnymen; six grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren, and nine great-great-grandchildren.
