Paul Sansom, 52, of the Nashville Road, Russellville died Monday, November 5, 2012.

He was a Logan County native, born February 4, 1960.

He was principal of Adairville Elementary School, was a graduate of Western Kentucky University where he obtained his bachelors and masters degrees, and was a member of First Baptist Church on 6th and Main.

A memorial service was held at 4 p.m. Thursday, November 8th, 2012, at the First Baptist Church with Bro. Buddy Crabtree officiating. The family received friends at the church, Thursday from 2 p.m. until the time of the service.

He was survived by his father, Lloyd Wade Sansom, mother Polly Sansom, and wife Shawn Sansom of Russellville; son

Paul Neal Sansom of Murfreesboro, Tenn.; daughter Victoria Sansom Sherertz ( Matt ) of Noblesville, Ind.; brothers, Steve Sansom (Marcia) of Russellville and Mark Sansom (Mary) of Bowling Green, one niece and four nephews.

Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the American Stroke Association. Envelopes will be available at the church.

Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements.
