Arthur Jackson Blake, 58, of Lynnville, Tenn., died Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2012, at the NHC Nursing and Rehab in Columbia, Tenn.
Mr. Blake was born in Sharon Grove Sept. 29, 1954, a son of Thelma Blake of Allensville and the late Arthur Hueland Blake.
Mr. Blake was a member of the Mason Lodge #101 in Pulaski, Tenn.
The family has chosen a private cremation service. Latham Funeral Home in Elkton is in charge of arrangements.
In addition to his mother, Mr. Blake is survived by his s wife, Betty Blake of Lynnville, Tenn.; his son, Keith Blake of Lynnville, Tenn.; his daughter, Lani Fralix of Lynnville, Tenn.; his brothers, David Blake and Carl Blake both of Allensville; his sisters, Beth Dill and Dee Majors both of Allensville, and three grandchildren.
