Johnnie Fugate, 63, of Russellville, died Thursday, Oct. 25, 2012, at his sisters home in Louisville.
He was born in Logan County Feb. 6, 1949, a son of Gabrella Drane Fugate and the late the late Clentie Fugate.
Mr. Fugate was a United States Army Vietnam veteran and a member of Rockcastle Baptist Church in Logan County.
Funeral services were held Sunday, October 28 at 1 p.m. at the First Baptist Church in Russellville with the Reverend James Byars officiating. Burial followed in the Old Friendship Logan Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation began Sunday, Oct. 28 from 11 a.m. - 1 p.m. at the church.
He is survived by his brothers, James Earl (Norene) Fugate and Gary Lee Fugate and his sisters, Mary Delores (William) Woodard, Rose Marie (Randy) Sutton and Jeanne Fugate.
