Agnes Mae Jones, 96, of Trenton, died Saturday, Oct. 6, 2012, at her residence of natural causes.

She was born in Trenton on Oct. 1, 1916, the daughter of the late Armstead and Bess Kennedy Glover. She was a homemaker and a member of the Mt. Zion Baptist Church.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William O. Jones, and son Larry Jones.

Graveside services were held Monday, Oct. 8, 2012, at Edgewood Cemetery in Trenton with Rev. Chris Childress officiating. Burial followed in the Edgewood Cemetery. There was no visitation.

She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Robbie Jones of Elkton, granddaughters Mollie Jones or Elkton and Julie Jones of Trenton, and great granddaughter Olivia Jones of Elkton.
