Margaret Esther Dorris, 91, of Dunmor, died Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2012, at Maple Manor Health Care Center in Greenville.

She was born in Muhlenberg County Nov. 8, 1920, a daughter of the late Willard DeArmond and the late Stella Tunstill DeArmond. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Dorris was preceded in death by her husband, Lee Andrew Dorris and her grandson, Christopher Stinson.

Mrs. Dorris was a homemaker and a member of Hillcrest Church of Christ.

Funeral services were held Thursday, Sept. 27 at 1 p.m. at Price Funeral Home, Inc. with Mr. Charles Roney officiating. Burial followed in the Dunmor Cemetery. Visitation began Thursday, Sept. 27 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home.

She is survived by her son, Jerry Dorris of Dunmor; her daughter, Judy Stinson of Dunmor; her brother, Tommy DeArmond of Indianapolis, Ind.; her sisters, Vonnie Brigance of Owensboro and Wanda Peay of Evansville, Ind.; five grand children, and nine great-grandchildren.
