Roger Dale Markwell, 52, of Lewisburg, died Thursday, Sept. 13, 2012.
He was born in Greenville Friday, Jan. 8, 1960, a son of the late William Markwell and Shirley Snodgrass Markwell.
Mr. Markwell was employed by McIntosh Lumber. He was a member of Sharon Grove Baptist Church.
Memorial services were held Sunday, Sept. 16 at 3 p.m. at Price Funeral Home, Inc. with the Reverend Roger Skipworth and Brother Larry Eaton officiating. Visitation began Saturday, Sept. 15 from 5-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his wife, Lois Bivins Markwell; his daughter, Angie Allen of Franklin; his brother, James “Bo” Markwell of Greenville; his sister, Jean Reed of Graham, and his grandchildren, Bailey, Evan and Emily Allen of Franklin.
