Mae Head, 81, of Lewisburg Road, Russellville, died Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at the Creekwood Place Nursing and Rehab in Russellville.
She was a Logan County native, born February 26, 1931 to the late Estill and Kirtie Laverne Inscoe Corum. She was a homemaker, avid quilter and member of the Crittenden Drive Church of Christ.
Funeral Services will be conducted at 2 pm, Friday, August 17, 2012 at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Charles Roney and Bro. Danny Williams officiating with burial to follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home will be held, Thursday, August 16 from 5 p.m. until 8 p.m. and after 8 a.m. Friday until the time of the funeral hour.
Pallbearers are Tony Coffman, Wayne O’Dell, Tim Barr, Justin Barr, Jon Paul Stuart and Don Williams.
She was survived by her husband, Noram Head; sons, Danny Head (Lynn) and Jim Head, both of Russellville; daughter, Susie Barr (Tim) of Russellville; brother, Warren Corum ofLewisburg; sisters, Pearl Odell of Russellville and Myrl Toomey of Owensboro; grandchildren, Laura Lynn Head, Courtney Head Heatherly and Justin Barr and several nieces and nephews.
