Jan Pace, 67, of Jacksonville, N.C., died Saturday August 11, 2012 at Vidant Medical Center in Greenville, N.C.
She was born in Russellville on Nov. 17, 1944.
Mrs. Pace was a member of New River Baptist Church. She also worked for over 40 years as an LPN.
A funeral service will be held 11 a.m. Friday at Jones Funeral Home of Jacksonville with Rev. Paul Fowler officiating. Burial will follow at Coastal Carolina States Veterans Cemetery. The family will receive friends Thursday from 6-8 p.m. at Jones Funeral Home of Jacksonville.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Pace of Jacksonville; two daughters, Elitta Pace Gridley of Calif.; Rebecca Jane Baker of Morrisville, N.C.; son, Barry Neal of Ga.; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
