Phillips was recently promoted to CWO 3. He and his family are now living and serving with Marine Aviation logistics squadron 16 in MCAS Miramar San Diego, Calif.
Grady’s parents are Larry (Stephanie) Phillips of Franklin and Debby (Mike) Summers of Russellville.
