Mayor Gene Zick wishes to inform the citizens of Russellville that if they experienced severe damage to personal property as a result of the recent flooding last weekend to document the damage and take plenty of photographs.

After documenting the damage they are to contact either Rodney Harkleroad or Terry Cole of the Logan County Emergency Management. According to Zick, his declaration of a state of emergency during the flooding, may open up citizens qualification for FEMA aid depending on state and federal guidelines.
