She was born in Todd County, Oct. 28, 1915, a daughter of the late Jim and Nancy Tucker Jones. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Tucker was preceded in death by her husband, Sandford Tucker in 1994; her son, James Tucker in 2003 and her daughter, Annie Majors in 2004.
Funeral services were held Saturday, April 24 at Latham Funeral Home with Reverend Jimmy Fuller officiating. Burial followed in Mt. Tabor Cemetery.
She is survived by her son, Roy Tucker of Allegre; her daughters, Lavada Haley and Nancy Allen, both of Allegre, Norine Meacham of Ovil, Juanita Williams of Clifty and Janet Youtsey of Cook, Wash.; her brother, Oliver Jones of Allegre; 21 grandchildren; 26 great-grandchildren, and 11 great-great-grandchildren.
