Kenady cuts deal, charges dismissed

All criminal charges were dropped against former Logan County magistrate Kerry Kenady on Wednesday in Logan County Circuit Court.

Special prosecutor Ken Coleman agreed to drop the carges without prejudice in exchange for Kenady settling a civil case that victim Stephanie Rosser had also brought against him.

Special judge Tom Castlan presided over the case.
