Logan County Schools will be conducting kindergarten registration for the 2010-2011 school year at the following elementary schools between the hours of 8 a.m. and noon: April 26, Adairville; April 27, Lewisburg; April 28, Chandlers; April 29, Olmstead; April 30, Auburn.

Kindergarten students enrolling in the Logan County School District for the first time must provide the following:

• Certified Birth Certificate (no hospital copies)

• Physical examination reported on prescribed form (You may get this form from the school or doctor’s office)

• Kentucky Immunization Certificate

• Kentucky Eye Examination Form for School Entry (You may get this form from the school or doctor’s office)

• New Kentucky Dental Screening Form for School Entry (You may get this form from the school)

• Proof of residence to verify which school your child will attend. Show proof of residence in the form of a utility bill, credit card bill, bank statement, etc.

If your child attended preschool during the 2009-2010 school year at any one of the Logan County schools, they do not have to register.
