Logan County Farm Bureau Federation volunteers conducted a “Food Check-out Day” Feb. 25th at The Adairville IGA, Lewisburg IGA and at the Logan County Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting. At each location participants guessed the value of a typical basket of groceries. A $50. gift certificate for groceries was given to the winner at all three locations. A $25 gift certificate was given to the second place winners at the grocery store locations. Piggly Wiggly of Russellville furnished the market basket of groceries at the Chamber of Commerce Annual Meeting location.
