On Monday, Feb. 1, 2010, deputies from the Logan County Sheriff's department attempted to serve an arrest warrant for David T. Embry at 1798 Thompson School Road.

After getting consent to search the residence from the home owner, deputies were unable to locate David Embry. In the course of the search, though, they did find some marijuana and drug paraphernalia, two high-powered rifles and

a large amount of ammunition and a stolen bostitch nail gun that was reported as stolen in Missouri.

Following the search, Rodney E. Embry was arrested at the scene and charged with two counts of possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, receiving stolen property under $500, possession of marijuana and possession of drug

paraphernalia.
