On Sunday night, after a short foot pursuit in the 79 North area, the county police apprehended and arrested Russell McCarley.
McCarley was wanted for failure to appear at felony court proceedings.
He appeared in the newspaper along with Mike Rust, who is also being sought by the Logan County Sheriff’s Department on charges of failure to appear and fleeing the police.
The Sheriff’s Department is asking that anyone with knowledge of Rust’s location contact the office at 726-2244 or call crimestoppers.
