Two of the current directors whose terms were expiring were re-elected for three year terms. They were David Clarke of Moore Insurance Agency and Mark Wilkins of Pennyrile Electric. All three will serve as at-large directors until 2013. There were ten nominees for the three open positions.

Returning directors are; Billy Bingham, Lewisburg Banking Company; Thomas Bouldin, Logan County Fiscal Court; Logan Chick, Logan County Judge-Executive; Chris Milam, University of Kentucky cooperative extension service; Dewey Roche, Mayor of Auburn; Pat Suiter, Bluegrass Recycling; Mark Wetton, Pro-Fab Metals; Jack Whipple, Russellville City Council, Kenneth Whitson, Mayor of Lewisburg; Jim Wilkerson, Mayor of Adairville; and Gene Zick, Mayor of Russellville.

The Logan Economic Alliance for Development (LEAD) has a fourteen member Board of Directors made up of seven appointed members from the local governments and seven private sector directors elected by the private investors.
