Nellie Lucille Fuller Watkins, 81, of Auburn died Saturday, Nov. 21, 200 at Auburn Health Care.

She was born in Logan County June 1, 1928, a daughter of the late Herbert Elgin Scarbrough and the late Iva Telford Cropper Scarbrough. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Watkins was preceded in death by her husband, of 49 years, Calvin Riley Fuller, her husband, Burr Watkins and her grandsons, Gary Hudson Jr. and Randall Tyler Fuller.

Mrs. Watkins was proud of her family and her heritage. She was a member of the Pleasant Hill Baptist Church for 28 years and was a foster mother for over 20 years to over 80 children.

Funeral services will be held Tuesday, Nov. 24 at 2:30 p.m. in Young Funeral Home Auburn Chapel with Brother Quinton Skipworth, Brother Chris Odle and Brother Jeff Morris officiating. Burial will follow in the Maple Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be held Tuesday, Nov. 24 after 8 a.m. at the funeral home.

Pallbearers will be, Brent Fuller, Don Fuller, Phil Fuller, Randall Fuller, Mike Manning, Gary Huskisson, Calvin Fuller III, Colbert Fuller, Matthew Fuller, Chad Fuller, Scott Hudson and Gary Huskisson Jr.

Honorary pallbearers are, Bill Scarbrough, Roger Price, Buck Kinkade, Norwood Watkins and Glen Watkins.

She is survived by her sons, Calvin (Burt) Fuller and wife Patricia and Phil Fuller and wife Sherry, all of Auburn, Don Fuller and wife Brenda of Russellville and Randall Fuller and wife Deborah of Bowling Green; her daughters, Barbara Manning and husband Mike and Cynthia Huskisson and husband Gary, all of Auburn; her step-son, Norwood Watkins and wife Joy of Auburn; 20 grandchildren; 35 great-grandchildren, and five great-great-grandchildren.
