She was born in Russellville Jan. 3, 1953, a daughter of the late Henry and Juanita Rainwaters Bell. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Hall was preceded in death by a brother Henry Bell Jr.
Mrs. Hall enjoyed spending time with her children and grandchildren. After living in numerous states including Alaska, and Florida, she moved back to her hometown of Russellville ten years ago.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, Sept. 26 at 2 p.m. at Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel. Visitation will be held one hour before time of service.
She is survived by her sons, Charles Foster of Fairbanks, Alaska and Travis Hall of Russellville; her grandchildren, Brandon and Chloe Foster, and her brother, Darrell Bell and wife Pat of Russellville.
