The Southern Kentucky Basketball Officials Association, representing the Fourth Region of the KHSAA, will be holding a series of recruitment and training meetings for the 2009-10 high school basketball season. There will be a training session for all individuals interested in becoming a high school basketball referee on Wednesday, September 23, 2009 at 6:30 pm at Henry Moss Middle School.
