Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement found the body of 23-year-old Timothy Crump outside the residence and the body of 23-year-old Melinda Suttle inside the garage.
The shootings were ruled to be a murder, suicide.
According to a police report, Crump and Suttle had been having a domestic dispute.
Logan County Coroner Mary Givens said that Crump shot Suttle numerous times in the garage of the home and then killed himself on the front lawn of the home. The two small children belonging to the couple were in the home at the time of the incident.
Both were pronounced dead on the scene by Givens.
The case is being investigated by Robbie Matthews of the Logan County Sheriff’s Department.
