Breaking News: Murder/Suicide in North Logan

Thursday evening the Logan County Sheriff’s Department responded to a shooting in the north part of the county at 236 Alford Collins Road.

Upon arriving at the scene, law enforcement found the body of 23-year-old Timothy Crump outside the residence and the body 23-year-old Melinda Crump inside the garage.

The shootings are believed to be a murder-suicide.

According to a police report, Crump and Suttle had been having a domestic dispute. Crump shot Suttle and then killed himself.

Both were pronounced dead on the scene by Logan County Coroner Mary Givens.

The case is being investigated by Robbie Matthews of the Logan County Sheriff’s Department.

Umm don't know who you are but insulting him isn't going to help the situation. I realize you aren't too happy with what happened and believe me none of us are. There are 2 families grieving regardless, and neither family needs to see this on here. I loved Mindy she was part of the family without a question. I realize what he did but please for our side of the family could you please just keep the insults to yourself he's not here to see them but we are. I'm sorry for the loss that Mindy's family has incurred, and of course my family's loss as well.

What was he thinking, evidentally, he wasn't the brightest crayon in the box..... Mindy was a good person, she never deserved this, nor did those 2 kids of theres... If he knew she was gonna leave him, he should have just let her go, instead of having those kids grow up knowing what had happened to their mother, and now not having a mother to take care of them... Guess he thought they would be together forever this way, but I'm sure shes the only one who makes it to heaven... So what did he solve??? Nothing...

(We're gonna miss you MINDY)...
