White’s class won a fundraiser at the school for the American Cancer Society (ACS). As the winners they were going to receive a pizza party from the ACS, but when they found out the money was coming from the ACS, they decided not to have the party and the money back to the American Cancer Society. WBKO is recognizing them as Hometown Heroes for this generous act.
