An accident on Nashville Street late Tuesday morning caused traffic to back up briefly on the busy road.

According to a Russellville Police Department report, Tarnda L. Hollins was driving south on Nashville Street and had slowed to make a right turn into Hickory Hills Florist when the rear of her vehicle was struck by a car driven by James Dean Johnson.

Both parties refused medical treatment on the scene. Hollins was taken to Logan Memorial Hospital by private vehicle.

The Russellville Police Department was assisted by the Logan County EMS, Russellville Fire Department, Top Notch Towing and Phil Stokes Motors.
