Cynthia Ann Mitchell, 50, of Adairville, died Sunday April 12, 2009, at her home.

Mrs. Mitchell was born January 29, 1959, in Logan County to the late Robert Dan and Geraldine Wilson Scott. She was a homemaker and a member of Living Word Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother Danny Ray Scott.

Funeral services were conducted Wednesday, April 15 at the Dean Funeral Chapel in Adairville with Pastor Bill Cowan officiating. Interment followed in Red River Cemetery.

Mrs. Mitchell is survived by her husband, Billy Mitchell of Adairville; son, Eric Baldwin of Adairville; daughters, Susan McTire of Purvis, Miss. and Stephanie McTire of Adairville; brothers, Robert Michael Scott of Adairville, Bobby Wayne Scott of Adairville and Jeff Scott of Russellville; sister, Lillian Branhan of Adairville; and grandchild, Jordan Gainous.
