Douglas Gene Hildabrand, 76, of Echo Valley Road, Russellville, Kentucky died Saturday, February 23, 2013, at Creekwood Place Nursing and Rehab.
He was a Logan County native, born September 18, 1936, to the late David Hildabrand and Bessie Murphy Hildabrand. He was a self-employed contractor and a member of Little Freedom Missionary Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Emma Kinser Hildabrand.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, February 26, 2013, at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Randall Belcher officiating with burial in the Marshall Cemetery. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. at the funeral home on Tuesday until the funeral hour of 2 p.m.
He is survived by his sister, Sue Grise of Lewisburg; special sister in law, Lucy Kinser (Gerald) of Russellville and several nieces and nephews.
