Alton Nash, 93, of Hilltop Drive, Russellville, died Saturday, February 9, 2013, at the Creekwood Place Nursing Center.

He was a Logan County native born March 25, 1919, to the late Richard Marion Nash and Mamie Irene Harbison Nash.

He was a farmer, a member of Epley United Methodist Church and Logan County Senior Citizens.

Mr. Nash was [receded in death by his wife, Anna Mae Mullen Nash, a son, Glenn Nash and a great-grandson, Cody Nash.

Funeral Services for Alton Nash will be conducted at 2 p.m. Tuesday, February 12, 2013, in Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Travis Bryan officiating and burial to follow in the Jarrett Cemetery. Visitation at the Funeral Home will be held Monday, February 11, 2013, from 5-8 p.m. and on Tuesday from 8 a.m. until the time of the service.

Pallbearers will be Phillip Posey, Josh Nash, Tracy Nash, Terry Lewis Stratton, Richie Stratton and Phillip Nash.

Mr. Nash is survived by sons, Jerry Nash (Ella) of Russellville, Bobby Nash (Janet) of Russellville and Mike Nash (Lauretta) of Russellville; daughter, Patricia Stratton (Terry) of Russellville; sisters, Eunice Davenport of Russellville and Margaret White of Chicago; 11 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren and two great-great grandchildren.
