Mattie Elloise (Terry) Moore, died Jan. 29, 2013, in Livingston, Mont.

She was born in Wiseman, Ark. on July 17, 1922, a daughter of the late James Raymond and Lillie Alberta (Deal) Terry. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Moore was preceded in death by her husband Elvin Forest Moore; her brother Paul Terry, and her sister Vivian Marie (Terry) Moore.

Mrs. Moore moved with her parents to Lewisburg where they farmed. She graduated from Lewisburg High School. On April 12, 1942, she married Elvin Forest Moore. Elvin and Elloise had many adventures over the years, including some of the following: farming, owning a general store, hardware store, and a motel. They lived mostly in Kentucky, but did live in Ohio, Tennessee, and Florida also. Elvin and Elloise loved to travel all over the United States for vacations and family trips. At the time of Elloise’s retirement, she had been selling real estate in Springfield, Tenn. After Elvin passed away, Elloise lived in Alaska and Montana.

Funeral service will be held Wednesday, Feb. 6 at 2 p.m. at Price Funeral Home. Visitation will begin at the funeral home Wednesday, Feb. 6 from 12 p.m. until time of service.

She is survived by her sons, Jerry Moore (Shirley Dunn Moore) and Terry Moore, all of Clyde Park, Mont.; her grandchildren, Vivian Moore Logan (Perry Douglas Logan) of Clyde Park, Mont. and Kenneth Wayne Moore (Christina Moore) of Anchorage, Alaska; seven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandchildren.
