Marie Christmas, 100, of Lewisburg, died Tuesday, Jan. 22, 2013, at The Medical Center in Bowling Green.

She was born in South Hill, Ky. on Sunday, Sept. 22, 1912, a daughter of the late Oscar Carroll and the late Nellie Knight Carroll. In addition to her parents, Mrs. Christmas was preceded in death by her husband, Cephus Christmas.

Mrs. Christmas was a homemaker and a member of Union Chapel General Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held Friday, Jan. 25 at 2 p.m. at Price Funeral Home, Inc. with the Brother Robert Lindsay officiating. Burial will follow in the Quality Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation will began at the funeral home Friday, Jan. 25 from 10 a.m.-2 p.m.

She is survived by her nephews, Wally Carroll and Wilbur Carroll, both of Rochester and her niece, Tereasa Johnson of Rochester.
