Sue Blick, 78, of Concord Road, Russellville, Kentucky died Friday, January 4, 2013, at her home.
She was a Logan County native, born August 17, 1934 to the late Jessie Rogers and Lena Mae Smith Rogers. She worked for Mallory Drugs and was a member of Concord Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband Bobby Blick.
Funeral Services for Sue Blick were be conducted at 11 a.m. on Monday, January 7, 2013 at Summers, Kirby and Sanders Funeral Home with Bro. Tony McCalister officiating with burial to follow in the First General Baptist Cemetery. Visitation at the funeral home was held from 5-8 p.m. on Sunday, January 6, 2013 and after 8 a.m. on Monday until the funeral hour.
Pallbearers were Terry Hart, Terry Camp, Shaun Ramsey, Matt Shingledecker, Charles Sweeney and Travis Ramsey. Honorary pallbearer was Zack Johnson
She is survived by hersons, Joe Shingledecker (Rita) of Drakesboro and Jeff Blick (Janice) of Russellville; daughter, Joy Dukes of Russellville; sister, Annie Marie Sweeney of Lewisburg; grandchildren, Amy Shingledecker, Matthew Shingledecker, Amanda Joly and Robyn Harper; and seven great grandchildren.
Expressions of sympathy may be made in the form of donations to the Sonrise Ministries. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
