Leoda Myra Wells, 88, of Russellville, died Monday, Dec. 24, 2012 at Greenview Regional Hospital in Bowling Green.
She was born Dec. 21, 1924, in Rochester, a daughter of the late Turner Coleman Barton and Aubrey Barton. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Wells.
She was a homemaker and a member of Sharon Grove Baptist Church.
Services will be held Friday, Dec. 28, at 2 p.m. at Greenridge Baptist Church. Burial will follow at the Greenridge Baptist Church Cemetery. Visitation was Thursday, Dec. 27 at 5 p.m. at Price Funeral Home and Friday, Dec. 28 at 11 a.m.
She is survived by her son, Troy Wells of Morgantown; brother, Larry Barton of Russellville; sister Doris Wells of Lewisburg; grandchildren Tara Anderson of Virginia Beach, Va. and Douglas Wells of Abilene, Texas; and great grandchildren Haily Anderson, Aiden Wells, Chloe Anderson, Kyndal Wells and David Wells.
