It i9s another beautiful day. I’ve been out with Judy Jernigan, we went to the open house at the Flower Barn, ate our lunch at Webb’s, and then to IGA for some groceries, and now I am pooped out. Whew, I don’t have much “get up and go.”

Judy Whitson Ellis recently had surgery on a knee. She is the daughter of George and Bev Whitson, and they live near Memphis, I think.

Ada Dorris and son Jerry spent part of Thanksgiving week in Louisville with Ada’s daughter Lisa and Mike Brady.

One day last week the WMU ladies, of which were Ada Dorris, Joyce Campbell, Virginia Hart, Wanda Coursey and Evelyn Skipworth, drove to Elkton to Hearthstone Place and visited with Lucille Whitson awhile. She seemed to be doing fairly well.

Visiting Thursday with Nancy and John David Renfro were her mom, Kathryn Stuart and all their girls and their families, Lori, Jennifer and Kristen. They all had a good time visiting and eating.

In hearing from Ms. Elvera McCoy this past week, Mr. McCoy is in the hospital there and she spends most of her days with them, so they are tired out and stressed out to say the least. So please remember them in your prayer.

James Brooks is in Centennial in Nashville and Lannie and Judy Jernigan checked on him one day this past week, hope he keeps improving.

Rickiy Latham has been in the hospital recently, he was on the job, got landed in the hospital in Tennessee. He is out and back on the job.

Enjoying Thanksgiving meal with Greg and Wendy Whitson and Mallory and Warren Michael were his parents, George and Beverly Whitson, her parents, Mike and Vicki Howard, and Ginger and Gracey and maybe others in the family.

Okay, according to the ole calendar, winter begins 12-21-12, and then immediately there after Christmas day. Are you ready? If not, better get at it.

Don’t forget the party next Friday December the 7th at Webb’s. We always have a good time and good eats, so see ya there.

Those that have been in here this week have been Judy Jernigan, David Jernigan, Martha Williams and taking care of getting me to church as usual was Steve Timberlake. Thanks to all of you.

Until next time, see ya!
