Greetings from the Antioch community.
How about this weather for December? It sure is nice. This year sure has passed away quick.
Jimmy Christian had to go to the hospital last week again, but is back home now. We hope he can keep improving.
Dolores Harris had her Thanksgiving Dinner with her family on Friday night of last week.
Visiting with Myrtle Pogue was Cheryl Milam, Lorrie Hopper and Darlene.
We had our Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinner combined at church Sunday. The church furnished the meat, bread and drinks and the rest was Pot Luck. We really had the food and it sure was good.
We were glad to have a family of four visiting with us Sunday at church. I didn’t get their names, but she was the granddaughter of the late Minnie Whitney, who lived on Duncan Ridge.
Visiting with Christine White was Jeffery, Juley, Shelby, Dorothy. The Carolers from Beechland came Sunday afternoon and sang for her. Two of the group was great grandchildren Allie and Cody. They came in and gave Grandma a hug.
Christine said that she got to go see the camel.
We send Sincere Sympathy to the family of Glendon Harris in Louisville. He passed away Sunday.
James and Sue Fuller are doing much better.
News is scarce this week.
The seeds we sow today determine the kind of fruit we’ll reap tomorrow!
Have a Good Week.
