Kentucky Commissioner of Agriculture James Comer was honored by Logan County Judge Executive Logan Chick for his help in taking care of the black fly problem in south Logan County at last week’s Chamber of Commerce Annual Agriculture Breakfast. Comer was the speaker and guest of honor at the event.
