He was born in Tennessee April 9, 1914, a son of the late Jeff and Cecil Oatsvall. In addition to his parents, Mr. Oatsvall was preceded in death by his wife, Cordie Oatsvall.
Mr. Oatsvall was a laborer in the construction company CCC of Eastern Kentucky.
Funeral services will be held Friday, March 13 at 2 p.m. at Hughes Funeral Home in Paducah. Burial will follow in the Harmony Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be held Friday, March 13 at 10 a.m. in the Hughes Funeral Home.
He is survived by his daughter, Shirley Millay (Elery) of Lewisburg; his half-brother, Donald Walters of Hickman; two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren, and three great-great-grandchildren.
