Norris Hightower, 72, of Elkton, died Monday, Oct. 22, 2012, at Hearthstone Place in Elkton.
He was born in Todd County Feb. 18, 1940, a son of the late Hickman Hightower and Gertie Pauline Boyd Ranburger. In addition to his parents, Mr. Hightower is preceded in death by his son, Danny Hightower.
Mr. Hightower had been a construction worker.
Funeral services were held Thursday, Oct. 25 at 10 a.m. at Latham Funeral Home in Elkton with Reverend Mike Dorsey officiating. Burial followed in the Stokes Chapel Cemetery. Visitation began Wednesday, October 24 from 5-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
He is survived by his son, Billy Hightower of Sharon Grove; his daughter, Janie Fowler of Elkton; three grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
