Greetings from The Antioch Community.

Visiting with Dolores Harris and Vanessa Price Sunday night and having dinner with them were Ricky, Teresa, Bryan, Sherry, Marah Harris and her friend.

Thank every one for the calls, cards and visits since my sister passed away. Those visiting with me were Lasley Johnson, Myrtle Pogue, Don, Rosie Yarnell and my youngest sister, Sue Fuller.

I didn’t get to go to Branson, Mo., to the Funeral of our sister, Mera Dean, but my Brother-in-law said there was a big crowd there. Her Funeral was Friday at Snapp Bearden Funeral Home and she was layed to rest in the Veterans Cemetery in Springfield, Mo.

Our little community suffered a tragedy last week when Roger Markwell was killed on his way to work. He was riding his motorcycle.

Our Heartfelt Sympathy goes out to his family.

I was glad to get a call from my cousin, Marshall Johnson from St. Louis, Mo., last week. his health isn’t very good either.

Tammy Sears sang a special for us at church Sunday morning.

Sue (Key) Addison was at church Sunday morning. She returned back home this week to California.

My cousin Oma Nell Robertson called me from Florida one day last week. She was about the same, Health wise.

I enjoyed listening to Don and Dr. Gotts on the Feedback program Tuesday morning. It is good to hear the questions that are called in. the good doctor does his best to give an answer to all the questions. Sometimes that is hard without seeing the patient. Thanks to Dr. Gotts for the free information.

Visiting with Christine White was Sue Addison, Juanita Key, Jerry and Irene White, Shelby and Juley Nelson, Dorothy Henderson, Jimmy and Judy White.

Kindness picks others up when troubles weigh them down.

Have a Good Week.
