Kenneth Ray O’Dell, 82, of Muscle Shoals, Ala., died Friday, Aug. 31, 2012.

Mr. O’Dell was a native of Lewisburg, Ky., and a member of Valley Grove Baptist Church.

His funeral was Monday at Valley Grove Baptist Church. Burial followed at Guy Cemetery. Greg Beasley officiated.

Pallbearers were Kevin O’Dell, David Brooks, Johnny Brooks, Dustin Lawler, Andy Armbrister, Tim Thomas, Terry Bray and Jimmy Ledlow.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Shirley O’Dell; sons, Kenneth Wayne O’Dell (Dorothy), of Lewisburg, Ky., and Russell Stephen Davis (Kathy), of Decatur, Ill.; daughters, Delorse Faye Brooks (James), of Russellville, Ky., Melissa Diane Bray (Terry), of Decatur, Ill., and Kimberly Renee Ledlow (Jimmy), of Muscle Shoals; sister, Ann O’Dell, of Columbus, Ohio; and 12 grandchildren.
