Marlon Dale Holloway, 45, of Russellville, died Thursday, Aug 30, 2012.

He was born in Logan County Sept. 2, 1965, a son of the late Robert and Imogene Holloway. In addition to his parents, Mr. Holloway was preceded in death by his brother Terry Kieth Holloway and sister, Vicky Holloway.

Dale was a member of Emanuel Baptist Church in Russellville, and worked as a fabricator and master welder at H & H Sheet Metal Fabricators Inc.

Funeral services were held Tuesday, Sept. 4 at 11 a.m. at the Young Funeral Home Russellville Chapel. Burial followed in the Smith Cemetery. Visitation began Monday, Sept. 3 from 5-8 p.m. and Tuesday from 8 a.m. until time of service at the funeral home.

Pallbearers were Mary Givens, Jeremy Jenkins, Robbie Fuston, Brandon Fuston, David Brian Holloway, Josh Holloway, Terry Waggoner, Tim Yell and Josh Waggoner. Honorary Pallbearers were Seth Keown, Adam Lee Parnell, Kaleb Corbitt, Oliver Holloway, Jordan Parnell and Gabriel Deberry.

He is survived by his wife, Lori Holloway of Russellville; his son, Robert Matthew Holloway of Bowling Green; his daughters, Miranda Giroir Corbitt of Bowling Green and Jessica Nicole, Faith Lee, Leslie Marie Giroir and Tara Brooke Reed, all of Russellville; his brothers, Butch Holloway and Howard Holloway, both of Russellville and Robert Holloway and Russell Holloway, both of Columbus, Ohio; his sister, Elma Jean Jenkins of Russellville, and his grandchildren, Seth Keowen, Adam Lee Parnell, Haley Parnell, Madalyn Corbitt, Malea Parnell, Gabriel Deberry, Oliver Holloway, Jordan Parnell, Kaleb Corbitt, Kaidyn Holloway and Brooke Reed.
