Deputy Duane Harvey says that on Feb. 20, 2009, in Muhlenberg County, Baskerville unlawfully committed the offense of Manufacturing Methamphetamine by possessing the chemicals for the manufacture of methamphetamine with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine.
