On Monday, August 6, former Logan County High School baseball player, Dustin Nash, signed to become a Blue Raider for Lindsey Wilson College.
Nash’s family, friends, and former coaches were there to support Nash in his decision to sign with Lindsey Wilson.
Nash was the pitcher for the Logan County baseball team and ended his senior year with a batting average of .238, 34 runs, 10 RBI’s and pitched 69 innings. Nash had a 10-3 record and was undeafed in the district his junior and senior year.
“He always gave his team a chance to win,” said Logan County baseball coach Ethan Meguiar. “He never called in sick and you always knew what you were going to get from him.”
Nash thanked his family and friends for being there and for supporting him thoughout his baseball career.
“I wouldn’t be the guy I am today without my coaches and my family,” said Nash.
