
The Logan County steer show was held June 5 at the Logan County Extension Office.
This year’s grand champion was shown by Monica Nolan. Her steer weighed 1,380 pounds. It was a cross-bred steer she purchased last fall from local cattlemen John Carneal and Terry Powell.
The reserve champion was shown by Kaleb Coursey.
The highest weight game was won by Jon-Clarc Todd. His steer weighed 720 pounds.
Alex Walpole won junior showmanship and Caroline Milam won senior showmanship.
There was eight classes of steers. Class winners were:

Class 3: Monica Nolan
Class 4: Caroline Milam
Class 5: Kaleb Coursey
Class 6: Wesley Estes
Class 7: Monica Nolan
