The Logan County Chamber of Commerce and the Logan County Extension Office will be conducting a Ribbon Cutting Friday, Dec. 9, at 8:30 a.m. for the grand opening of the new Logan County Ag Arena. The facility is located at the Extension Complex on the Highway 68/80 Bypass, Russellville.
