On Oct. 2, the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force, the Logan County Sheriff's Department and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives executed a search warrant on 2036 Concord Road.

Located inside the residence was a large amount of marijuana packaged for resale, U.S. currency and drug paraphernalia.

Arrested during the search was 27-year-old Demetri Eugene Ogburn of Russellville.

Ogburn was charged with Trafficking Marijuana over 8 ounces, Persistent Felony Offender 2nd degree, drug paraphernalia and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.

The Endangering the Welfare of a Minor charged stemmed from Ogburn's infant son being present during the search.
