“We will open our absentee machine on October 1,” said Logan County Clerk Scottie Harper.
Harper said anyone who knows they can't vote on November 4 can come down to the clerk's office any week day beginning Wednesday, October 1 and cast their vote.
Harper said they usually have between 30 to 50 absentee ballots cast each election, though you never know what to expect year to year.
