Celebrate Arbor Day in Russellville

The City of Russellville's Annual Arbor Day Celebration will be held Tuesday, April 22 at 10 a.m. on the corner of East 7th and Main streets.

The event will offer free tree seedlings, a tree planting demonstration and distribution of proper tree planting instructions. The City of Russellville will also receive recognition for being a Tree City USA for the eleventh straight year.

Everyone is invited to take part in this celebration to help raise awareness of the importance of trees to one's community.
