East Logan Water District proudly announces its annual scholarships. There will be two scholarships awarded to two senior students. Each will receive a $1,000 scholarship. Scholarship applications may be picked up at both Logan County High School and Russellville High School. Students may see their guidance counselors for applications. Copies of the application may also be picked up at East Logan Water District office in Auburn.
