Alice Lucille Austin, 72, of Russellville, died Monday, Feb. 25, 2008 at the Logan Memorial Hospital. She was born in Logan County on June 27, 1935 to the late Amos Donald Austin and the late Sarah Emaline Farmer Austin. She worked in production at Emerson Electric and was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.

Funeral services for Alice Lucille Austin were held on Wednesday, Feb. 27, at the Cornerstone Baptist Church with Bro. Steve Reed and Bro. Bobby Forshee officiating. Burial followed in Maple Grove Cemetery.

Pallbearers were Andy Ginggerich, Wilson, Junior Fuller, Dennis Dozier, Mark Wells and James Duncan.

Ms. Austin was preceded in death by her parents, Amos and Sarah Austin; two sisters, Mary Elizabeth Austin and Nora Josephine Miller; brother, Jesse David Austin; and brother-in-law, J.B. Parker.

Surviving Ms. Austin are her two brothers, Fred "June" and Hazel Austin and Ed and Regina Austin, all of Russellville; two sisters, Geneva Parker of Clarksville, Tenn. and Betty and Shirley Scott and Olmstead; brother-in-law, Jim Miller of Paris, Tenn.; and several nieces and nephews.

The family asks that donations be made to the Cornerstone Baptist Church in her memory; 1306 Highland Lick Road, Russellville, 42276.
